Em suma, Holtz alega que há um grupo de estrangeiros que se anda a aproveitar das fragilidades das organizações de poker ao vivo em Las Vegas. O caso mais recente aconteceu no Resorts World durante o PokerAtlas Main Event de $800, com Mike a ficar indignado com jogadores, dealers e direcção de torneio. Ao desfecho do Dia 1C:

- Batota entre posição 2 e 9
- Sempre que o 9 abre, o 2 faz fold revelando cartas ao 9
- Dealer atira cartas demasiado altas
- Mike queixa-se à DT sobre os casos
- Mike sente-se ignorado e até gozado

O jogador da posição 9 no 1C viria a conquistar o torneio, com a única informação sobre a conclusão do Main Event a estar aqui. Juan Campayo Hernandez é o nome associado ao vencedor que estará em falta na foto de Final Table.

I was in the tournament took 3rd place and I 100 percent felt like the guy that won the tournament was getting info from his buddies at times they would stand behind other players . I mentioned it to Kenna that he needed to be more careful when looking at his cards.

These things have always been a problem and it seems like it might be getting worse. Unfortunately, there's always been a lot of both poorly trained dealers and experienced dealers who get sloppy over time, and poor management who don't ever watch things like how dealers pitch.
