Imsirovic e Schindler suspensos por tempo indefinido
No artigo de ontem destacamos duas observações sobre Ali Imsirovic e Jake Schindler e hoje há confirmação oficial: suspensos indefinidamente, o que significa que estão banidos por pelo menos um ano.
“The PokerGO Tour (PGT) today announced the indefinite suspensions of Ali Imsirovic and Jake Schindler from tour play, effective immediately. The suspensions will extend through at least the 2022 PGT season, upon which time a review will take place.
The PGT is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and emphasizes proper conduct to ensure the safety and security of its players and events.
Both players have been ruled ineligible for the season-ending PGT Championship and have been removed from the 2022 PGT leaderboard.”
O pprimeiro parágrafo é esclarecedor: Ali Imsirovic e Jake Schindler estão suspensos por tempo indefinido de participar em eventos PokerGO. A última frase, onde aponta a inelegibilidade destes para pontos na leaderboard, já era conhecida pelos nossos leitores, pois o desaparecimento foi apontado no artigo anterior, mas é sempre melhor ter confirmação oficial. A PokerGO terá sido obrigada a publicar algo após remover os jogadores do Top5 da corrente edição, mas esperemos que o futuro proporcione o máximo de transparência seja via PIC ou organizações, como neste caso.

Será improvável que se uma das marcas acima sancionar que as outras não sigam o precedente, o que significará também zero Tritons, WPTs, King's Casino e consequentes WSOPE 2022. A informação oficial abre oportunidade para revisão da decisão após o término da corrente temporada, algo que não sabemos se será o PIC a analisar ou se terão que ser Imsirovic e Schindler a pedir a reversão da punição.
